Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary. International Orders are shipped via EMS.

Domestic : Local shipping charges apply

International : 7-10 business days (of course you are our number one priority and we will do our best to ship out your complét bag faster then you can say “dude, where's my bag?”

Return Policy

Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange provided.
For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for sending item(s) back to Complét Fashion Ltd at your own cost. Item(s) must be sent back within ten days of receiving the merchandise. You are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Complét Fashion Ltd.

All sale items are final sale.
Any items determined to have been worn will not be accepted for return.
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 7 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days) original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Hanegev St. First Floor Tel Aviv, 6618605 Israel. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Taxes and duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. Duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by your country’s local carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. Complet is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.
